In 1991, Charlie and Judy Kneip started T.C.s Referee on the West Side of Sioux Falls, and after eight successful years of business, regulars started requesting the same great food and service on the East Side of Sioux Falls. In 1999, they purchased Cherry Creek Grill on the East Side of Sioux Falls. Now, many years later, T.C.’s Referee is still committed to providing a great variety of mouthwatering food options, friendly and upbeat service, and a comfortable atmosphere.
We are an American Style restaurant, serving delicious food options that are always fresh and never frozen. One look at our diverse menu you’ll see that we have options for everyone, with over 100 items, including prime rib, steaks, pastas, burgers, wings, fresh salads, and homemade soups and chili!
Our full service bar offers a great selection of signature drinks as well as 12 of the coldest taps in town!
